Return & Refund Policy

At AquaQueen Apparel, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love creating it! If something isn’t quite right with your Drizzle Raincap, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging. To qualify for a return:

• The product must be in the same condition as received (no signs of wear or damage).

• The original tag and packaging must be intact.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Need a different color? We’re happy to exchange your raincap for another style or shade, subject to availability. Simply contact us before sending your item back so we can reserve your replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right immediately.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, promotional discounts, or gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
